The most frequently asked question to all fiction writers, we must conclude, is the most important question. Right? What other conclusion?
Here is the question again, folks: “When do you do your writing?”
The answer is always the same for all fiction writers. THE MORNING. THREE-FOUR HOURS IN THE MORNING. That’s it.
And the answer reveals nothing.
So why is that question out there? Because the writing process seems so mysterious and everyone thinks this is the way to get closer to the writer.
I think it feels like you’re sharing a cup of coffee.
