AN ADVANCE READER ASKED A QUESTION

March 7, 2014

An Advance Reader asked me, “Did you know the outcome of ‘Concerning Georgia Stekker’ before you started?”

ANSWER: When I started the novel, I set up a “What if?” predicament that I wanted to explore. The protagonist deals with the predicament, incident after incident, until she inevitably takes over and I go along with her. Georgia shocked the hell out of me.
